Mark Batterson is an American pastor and author who serves as the lead pastor of National Community Church in Washington DC. NCC is one of the most innovative and influential of churches that I know.
I have greatly enjoyed reading this book over the last month and have found it practical, encouraging, life giving and motivating. It is a book that challenges us to reframe our perception of blessing, seeing God’s gifts as opportunities for increased generosity.
It is a deeply transparent book and is a genuine and powerful nudge towards God’s bighearted way. I believe that it will spark wonder and hope, leaving us ready to bless others through the blessings we ourselves have received.
