Embrace the Awakening

Welcome to this weekend’s Sunday Online at Encounter Vineyard. We are so pleased that you’ve joined us and we hope that you enjoy being part of our online worshipping community.

We have begun 2025 with a series called ‘Here and Now’ where we have been reminding ourselves of what it means to ‘run our race’ as followers of Jesus, as running our race is one of the core metaphors for living a life of purpose and faith in the New Testament. This Sunday however, is a special day in the life of Encounter as we have our annual Vision Sunday.

Vision Sunday is a special time, where together we look back and give thanks for all that the Lord has done amongst us over the last year. Mark will also be helping us ponder and anticipate all that the Lord has in store for us in the season ahead.

Do please make today a priority to connect online or be in the building for what is an important weekend for us, as Mark brings a fresh message of vision called ‘Embrace the Awakening.’ He will be reminding us of how God has blessed us over the last six years, as well as looking forward to the move of the Spirit that he believes God has in store for us.

For those who are keen to read last years published accounts lodged with the Charity Commissioners, here is the link:

For those who aren’t in the building and would like sight of the material we are publishing this weekend then do please follow this link:

We hope that you enjoy worshipping and celebrating with us today as we look forward to the adventure that awaits us and all that the Lord has in store for us!
