Welcome to a special Sunday Online at Encounter this weekend. Thank you for joining us.
This month we are in our annual vision series, called ‘Close Encounters.’ Over the next few weeks, we are looking at some of the early encounters Jesus had with others and the difference he made to their lives, as well as looking at how that shapes the vision and values of Encounter Vineyard.
We will be looking at what it means to encounter Jesus and to live under His Lordship, His reign and His rule. We will also be looking back and giving thanks for what has been, as well as looking forwards and highlighting some of hopes for the coming 12 months and how we will need to resource what we are being called to do.
This Sunday, and the next few Sundays, are very important for us all at Encounter Vineyard, as we seek to step into the future that we believe the Lord has for us. We really hope you are able to listen to the message Mark brings this weekend called ‘Encounter with a Fisherman’ as well as encouraging you to pray about how you can respond to the opportunities and challenges that are before us.
