Welcome to this weekend’s Sunday Online at Encounter Vineyard. We are so pleased that you’ve joined us and we hope that you enjoy being part of our online worshipping community. 

Since the beginning of the year, we have had our 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting as we have joined with the wider Vineyard Movement in seeking after ‘more’ of what we believe God has for us. We have continued this theme on our Vision Sunday where we were looking back and giving thanks for all that we have seen the Lord doing here at Encounter Vineyard over the last six years, as well as looking forwards and highlighting the ‘awakening’ that we believe the Lord is calling us to embrace.

If you haven’t yet had the chance, we would love you to listen to the Vision Sunday message from Mark. Can we encourage you to really engage with this message and then pray about how we can both ‘Embrace the Awakening’ that Mark talked about as well as responding to the opportunities and challenges that are before us. We are also in our series ‘Here and Now’ where we are focussing on Hebrews 12 and the theme of what it means to ‘run our race.’ Today Mark brings a message called ‘Persevering’ as he looks at what it means to ‘keep going’ when we are confronted with problems and pain.
