Keep Moving

Welcome to Sunday Online at Encounter Vineyard. We are so pleased that you’ve joined us and we hope that you enjoy being a part of our online worshipping community.

As we are now in September, we are beginning our annual series called Movement where every year we explore a letter in the New Testament and in this year’s series, we will be dipping into the book of James. In this very practical letter, we will learn about how to endure in the middle of trials, look at what it means to have faith in the midst of adversity, how to treat the less fortunate and bring life to others, as well as how to grow in wisdom.

Today Mark begins this series with a message called ‘Keep Moving’ where he looks at how we can navigate tough times, how God can use these moments in our lives to help us grow and how to persevere when nothing seems to be going right!

Please don’t forget to pray about who you might like to bring along to Alpha, which is starting in October, as well as inviting folk to a couple of Sunday Celebrations on September 24th and October 1st which are particularly geared for folk who might be wondering about Alpha. Please see details on the web site.

We are also starting a term long Encounter Equip Series, exploring the area of Relationships, Sexuality and Identity which begins tomorrow, September 11th at 7:30pm. This series will not be recorded.

We hope that you enjoy worshipping and celebrating with us today and, we pray that today would be a blessing for us all.
