Welcome to Sunday Online at Encounter Vineyard this weekend and what is our third Bank Holiday weekend of the month! Thank you for joining us. This weekend marks half-term for many of us and we hope and pray that you will find the chance for a break and some rest and refreshment.

Every Sunday is important for us here at Encounter, but this Sunday is especially significant, as along with the world-wide church, we are celebrating Pentecost Sunday. 

We are reminded today, that as we seek to step into the future that we believe the Lord has for us, we are all too aware that we cannot do anything we aspire to without the presence and power of the Holy Spirit. 

We are praying that today would bring us a special impartation of the Holy Spirit, so that we might be able to carry God’s purposes for us, that we could bring life and hope to those around us, and proclaim and demonstrate the love of Jesus in fresh and new ways.

Today, Mark is bringing our message called ‘Amazed and Perplexed.’
